DiskInternals Flash Recovery

DiskInternals created the Flash Recovery data recovery tool to handle this type of scenario: you took some photos with your digital camera; a canon, Nikon, Pentax, Kodak, or whatever. Then you accidentally deleted all the photos you took, or something happened and now you can’t access your photos. Flash Recovery will help you recover the photos that you accidentally deleted.

That’s the main thing that Flash Recovery can do: recover corrupted of deleted photos from a digital camera’s Flash memory card. But the thing is that it’s not limited to photos and it’s not limited to memory cards. You see, Flash Recovery can recover photos, videos, and audio files. It can recover them from local as well as removable storage devices. that’s storage devices formatted with any of the following file systems: FAT12, FAT16, FAT32, NTFS, NTFS5, UDF, ISO9660, EXT2/3, HPFS.

By default, Flash Recovery present a Disk Recovery Wizard at startup. Said wizard will guide you through the following steps:
Step 1 – select the drive that will be scanned. If you want to recover images from your digital camera, select its drive.
Step 2 – preview the scan results. If a file can be previewed, then it’s guaranteed that it can be recovered.
Step 3 – recover files locally, upload them to a FTP server.

Flash Recovery is not free, it is only free to try. Recoverable files can be previewed; the trial version will place a watermark on the preview. Furthermore, the trial version will not recover any recoverable file; it will let you preview them, but it won’t recover them.
